Job Summary
Petroleum Engineer role focused on a long-term engineering career with a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground approach. Responsible for drilling design and supervision, completions design and wellsite oversight, production optimization, and HSE. Develop procedures and AFEs, manage budgets and expenses, analyze performance data to drive efficiency, stay updated on industry advancements, and collaborate with geologists, landmen, drilling crews, and environmental scientists. The position emphasizes technical proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills, safety consciousness, and effective communication within multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years of oil and gas engineering experience
- Oil and gas experience required
