Job Summary
Design and supervise drilling processes, completions, and production operations while selecting techniques, equipment, and materials. Monitor extraction rates, implement efficiency strategies, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or wellbore integrity issues. Manage project budgets, estimate costs, and write procedures and AFEs to optimize economics. Analyze data to drive efficiency gains and stay current on industry advancements to reduce environmental impact. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain detailed operational records, and prepare technical reports for management and regulatory agencies. This role requires a B.S. in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of O&G experience and the ability to relocate as needed.
