Job Summary
Operate the petroleum delivery unit safely and lawfully, completing daily safety checks on the truck, trailer, and equipment to ensure safe working order. Handle fuel and equipment carefully, verify product types and quantities against the delivery manifest, and follow the assigned schedule to complete deliveries on time. Deliver petroleum products according to customer instructions, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain regular communication to confirm delivery times or report issues. Notify the Petroleum Division Manager of changes in customer volume or needs, keep the vehicle and equipment clean and organized, and report any mechanical issues immediately. Available to work 10-hour shifts on a very flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 AB driver's license with Q air brake endorsement
- Clean driver's abstract
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Class 3 driver
- Must be bondable
- Available to work on a very flexible schedule
- Available to work 10-hour shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fuel delivery or commercial driving preferred
- Knowledge of the North Peace Region is considered an asset
