Job Summary
The Petro Pool Membership Associate is responsible for greeting members, providing accurate information about programs and memberships, promoting membership, entering member cancellations, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain a positive work environment, and conflict resolution skills. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, with preferred customer service experience. The position is seasonal, with shifts from 11am-5pm, Monday through Sunday. Pay is $16.00/hour, with additional benefits including access to YMCA facilities, the Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave.
