Job Summary
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and delivering outstanding sales experiences. Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and learn to share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs. Maintain personal and productivity goals while maintaining awareness of all product knowledge through training. Assist with brand awareness by helping store management with social media. Maintain flexibility for varying weekly hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This part-time role supports the running environment at our Peterborough store.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of running/walking
- 0-3 years of retail experience
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
