Job Summary
Trains pets on the Invisible Fence Brand pet solutions according to the approved training method and educates customers on reinforcing the training at home. Communicates training goals and equipment usage, demonstrates product operation and proper fit of receivers, and uses dealer tools to monitor usage for effective sessions. Provides thorough customer service, schedules and conducts training at customers' homes, travels in provided vehicle, maintains training materials and company vehicles, and generates reports and referrals. Maintains professional appearance and behavior, builds relationships with customers, records observations and recommendations, and supports ongoing training programs and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, clear driving record and driving skills
- 1 Year of Pet Training Experience
- Annual certification for Perfect Start Plus pet training
- Outstanding verbal, written and listening communications skills
- Ability to communicate with customers and management
- Ability to interpret instructions and follow training procedures
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and travel to customer homes
