Pet Supplies Sales Associate

Job Summary
Provide customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, share knowledge about pet care, and maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor. Greet and assist customers with product recommendations and pet care advice; inform customers about promotions and loyalty programs; assist with returns/exchanges and problem resolution; support the register area when needed; work with team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis. Emphasis on positivity toward people and pets, eagerness to learn, teamwork, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
