Job Summary
Process and stock product, build displays, and process customer orders in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner. Provide excellent customer service, ensure positive relations, and assist with general care of all animals. Handle deliveries, back stock, and register services including tender processing and coupons. Perform store maintenance, answer phone calls, and follow all policies. Some locations may require Power Industrial Truck Certification. Work involves exposure to various animals and physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Some animal knowledge
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Present information and respond to questions from customers or associates
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- Some locations may require Power Industrial Truck Certification
