Job Summary
Process and stock product, build displays, and process customer orders in a friendly, accurate, and efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service, answer incoming phone calls, and handle all register services including tender and coupons. Assist with general animal care, stocking deliveries, and store maintenance while following all policies. Perform fixed activities as assigned by the Store Director. DailyPay offers employees more control over their earnings. Some locations may require Power Industrial Truck Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Some animal knowledge
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Present information and respond to questions from customers or associates
- Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
- Some locations may require Power Industrial Truck Certification
