Job Summary
Pet Stylist with grooming expertise needed to groom dogs (and cats if certified) in a busy, nationwide salon network. Responsibilities include consulting with customers to fulfill grooming requests, performing grooming services to meet quality standards, brushing, trimming nails, maintaining a clean and organized work area, understanding product usage, assisting with inventory, and communicating with the manager to ensure smooth salon operations. Requires 1-2 years of experience or professional training, a high school diploma, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is commission-based with potential earnings; benefits may include health/dental/vision insurance, STD/LTD, 401K with company matching, ESOP, paid vacation, uniforms, and discounts.
