Job Summary

Triage incoming pet help inquiries and provide medical, behavioral, or boarding resource suggestions to owners in need. Suggest re-homing options through Seattle Humane, foster-based rescues, municipal shelters, or external agencies while connecting pet owners with financial assistance and grant funds. Collaborate with internal teams, volunteers, and animal welfare agencies to support pet retention and implement program improvements. Maintain thorough records in PetPoint, handle deceased animals per safety guidelines, and perform cleaning and opening/closing procedures. Work full-time, non-exempt hours with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays at the Bellevue, WA campus.

Required Qualifications

Valid Washington Drivers License
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Requires the ability to solve problems and make clear decisions quickly
Must be able to organize and manage multiple and complex projects
