Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a pet resort, guiding the team to provide exceptional service and care for dogs while ensuring the facility maintains a high reputation. Ideal candidates are dog lovers with management experience in the pet industry, capable of leadership and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year experience in a pet boarding/hospitality environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience in prior roles
- Must enjoy interaction and be comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Customer service-oriented, excellent communication skills
- Must be trained and approved through K9 Resorts franchisee training and certification program
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience in business, supervision and management required
- Knowledge of employment laws, practices and employee relations required
Desired Qualifications
- Some college preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must work on at least 1 weekend day and on selected holidays on a rotating basis
- Must conform to brand dress code
- Must be able to work shifts starting at 6 am or ending at 8 pm
