Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end rehoming operations by phoning owners to verify readiness, updating database records, and editing listings for clarity. Coordinate home checks, manage adopter communications via phone and messaging, and handle queries from both rehomers and potential adopters. Approve, update, or remove listings through the PetRehomer platform while maintaining accurate documentation. This full-time remote volunteer role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, independent work habits, and the ability to remain calm during sensitive situations. Full training is provided.
