Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate assigned production staff to ensure safety, quality, and throughput standards are met during the 6pm to 6:30am shift. Review production schedules, adjust staffing assignments, and inspect raw materials prior to changeovers while performing initial quality checks. Conduct routine walkthroughs, lead daily huddles, and utilize the Packaging Line Monitoring System to submit shift reports on OEE, downtime, and attendance. Operate filling, packaging, and cooler equipment as needed and support continuous improvement efforts by identifying issues and recommending solutions. Maintain regular attendance and adhere to all company safety programs and policies.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of GED or High School Diploma
- 2-3 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 1-2 Years – Experience managing people / projects
- Ability to obtain Better Process Control School (BPCS) certificate
- Mechanical skills relevant to the assigned equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
