Job Summary

Acts as the first point of contact for Pet Parents at a Dogtopia location, greeting customers and answering questions, checking dogs in and out of daycare, and promoting daycare packages and memberships. The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, excellent organizational ability, and the energy to handle a fast-paced, multi-task environment. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to grow the business, enjoy a team-oriented culture, and the unique perk of bringing your own dog to work after training. Job requires loving dogs, being 18+, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in sales or customer service (1-2 years) and proficiency with MS Office are preferred. This is an in-person role at the North Hampton, NH location with a flexible schedule and benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Required Qualifications
