Job Summary
Pet Insurance Sales Associate role at Fetch partnering with the Nevada Humane Society in Reno, NV. Represent Fetch to sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents at the partner location, communicating competitive advantages and guiding customers to the best coverage. Convert opportunities into sales, record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM, and maintain productive relationships with partner personnel to meet performance objectives. Role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, onsite focus at the Reno location (Friday–Sunday peak hours), collaboration with leadership on new business opportunities, and participation in monthly company meetings. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $90,000+ on a full-time basis, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires a P&C license (or willingness to obtain) and 3–5 years in animal care, plus strong sales and communication capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willing to obtain a P&C license within 30 days of employment (subject to state requirements)
- 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role
- Ability to structure work week during peak hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Proven ability to prospect new sales opportunities daily
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel to various industry events as required
- Familiarity with animal health or animal welfare is a plus
