Job Summary
Sell Fetch pet insurance at a partner location in Daytona Beach, FL, representing Fetch and explaining policy advantages to prospective pet parents. Build productive relationships with partner-site personnel, record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM, and collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities. Requires a Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), 3-5 years in an animal-care role, and a customer-focused, sales-driven approach. Must be available to work peak hours (Friday–Sunday), travel to industry events as required, and perform onsite focus and follow-up activities to meet performance objectives. Includes full-time compensation between $50,000 and $90,000, plus potential bonuses and a benefits package. Ensures compliance and professionalism in interactions; supports partner relationships and monthly company meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain a P&C license at the expense of the Company within 30 days of employment (subject to state requirements)
- 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role
- Proven ability to prospect new sales opportunities daily
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to structure work week around peak hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Willingness to travel to industry events as required
- Customer-first mindset with ability to build relationships and meet performance objectives at partner locations
