Job Summary
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and online reservations while maintaining medical and behavioral records in our database. Respond to all client inquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face to uphold positive relationships. Coordinate open lines of communication between departments and ensure accurate documentation for all four-legged guests. Work holidays and weekends as required to support 24-hour operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age!
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc)
- ability to type 30 wpm
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and personality types
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
