Pet End of Life Care Representative

Remote call center role focused on compassionate conversations around end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets. Provide high-volume customer service to pet families and schedule appointments, while gathering and documenting the pet’s medical information. Work from home in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate dependability and ownership, and meet productivity and quality standards. Other duties may be assigned to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
