Fully remote Veterinary Care Coordinator role (Caller Center/Customer Service) for Lap of Love. Responsible for guiding emotional conversations around end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets, providing compassionate customer service to pet families, handling high-volume calls in a work-from-home environment, documenting the pet’s medical information, and efficiently scheduling appointments while meeting productivity and quality standards. Must be punctual, flexible, and dependable, with a focus on supporting both pet families and veterinarians.
