Pet End of Life Care Representative

Veterinary-focused Call Center Representative (Veterinary Care Coordinator) needed to provide compassionate, high-volume customer service for pet families in a fully remote role. Responsibilities include guiding emotional conversations around end-of-life and quality-of-life care, documenting medical information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining productivity and reliability in a work-from-home environment. Must deliver stellar customer service to pet families and veterinarians, adhere to schedules, and support a diverse team in a remote setting. Includes duties to ensure high standards of customer service and may include additional tasks as assigned.
