Job Summary
Utilize radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals to perform or assist in diagnostic examinations, including the preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals and radionuclide imaging of organs and organ systems. Collaborate with radiologists while working exclusively with outpatient patients on PET/CT imaging exams, supported by a team of schedulers and nurses. You will not be responsible for DEXA exams or theranostic infusions. This role is eligible for a geographical differential for the National Capital Region. The imaging suite has been recently renovated and upgraded.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma including successful completion of an approved curriculum in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist license by the Maryland Board of Physicians
- ARRT CT certification within 6 months of employment
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board certified with current registration
- CPR certification required within three months of employment
- Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship required)
