Job Summary
Regional PET/CT technologists operate across freestanding outpatient centers, mobile coaches, and hospital-based facilities, ensuring high-quality PET/CT imaging through patient safety, pre-screening, aseptic technique, radiation safety, accurate interpretation of orders, and optimal imaging parameters. Responsibilities include producing diagnostic-quality images, communicating with patients and radiologists, training new technologists, and troubleshooting scanners, coaches, monitors, PACS, and coils. Eligible candidates typically hold their High School Diploma or equivalent, NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification, applicable state licensing, CPR, and a valid driver’s license; associates degree preferred with 1–2 years nuclear medicine experience. The role demands strong customer service, organizational, multi-tasking, and computer skills, with some travel to multiple locations and exposure to clinical environments.”,
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine by the NMTCB or ARRT (N)
- State license, as required
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver’s license as applicable
- Ability to work at several locations

- Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
