Job Summary
Clean and maintain pet kennels, cat condos, boarding areas, and kitchen spaces. Feed and provide fresh water to boarding pets, bathe dogs and cats as needed, and monitor them for signs of illness, injury, or behavioral concerns. Administer medications as directed, track and monitor pet belongings, and perform laundry and sanitation duties. Clean, disinfect, and maintain pet enclosures, exercise yards, and common areas while assisting teammates with daily operations. Provide professional, courteous service to clients and coworkers to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all pets.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Knowledge of basic animal behavior and health indicators
- Previous kennel, boarding, daycare, or animal care experience
- Ability to make sound decisions regarding pet interactions and safety
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift up to 45 pounds
- Comfortable working around cleaning and sanitation products, pet hair, pet waste, and barking animals
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic animal behavior and health indicators preferred
- Previous kennel, boarding, daycare, or animal care experience preferred
