Job Summary
Apply pesticides to crops according to established procedures and safety guidelines while monitoring fields for signs of pests and disease. Maintain accurate records of applications and crop conditions, then collaborate with farmers and agronomists to develop integrated pest management plans. Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards throughout the application process. This role supports the health of crops and the quality of produce for our agricultural team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid pesticide applicator license
- Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate and maintain pesticide application equipment
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
