Job Summary
Pest Control Technician provides extermination guidance and on-site pest control services, establishing contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities, and maintaining tools, equipment, and inventory. The role involves following safety procedures when using fumigants and pesticides, managing schedules and routes to complete services promptly, and addressing customer needs to optimize the program on-site. On-the-road responsibilities are supported by a company vehicle and earnings include base salary plus commission and bonuses. Training and professional development opportunities are offered to support growth within a people-first, family-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Valid Applicator's License
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience an asset
