Pest Technician - We'll Train (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus Included)

Provide guidance on extermination processes, including pesticide use, mechanical traps, and blockages, while establishing contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities. Follow safety procedures and product instructions when using fumigants, pesticides, and power spraying equipment, then manage schedules and routes to ensure timely service completion. Address customer needs and optimize their programs on-site. A driver's license with a clean record and willingness to obtain an Applicator's License are required. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Candidates with prior experience in route sales, field service, or territory representation are preferred.
