Job Summary
Conduct residential and commercial pest prevention, termite protection, landscape, and irrigation services for customers across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions to recommend customized service plans that meet specific needs. Provide accurate and timely completion of required paperwork while maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills. Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate company vehicles safely. Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on total customer satisfaction and adherence to Massey Services' core values of quality and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a Strong communicator
- Must be adept to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have a 'can do' attitude with strong work ethic
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
