Job Summary
Pest Technician Trainee responsible for delivering residential pest management services. Conduct thorough inspections to identify signs of infestation, apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, and traps) following safety standards, and educate customers on prevention. Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales of pest-control products to current and new customers. Maintain pest-control equipment, comply with all regulatory safety protocols, and operate a company-provided service vehicle. Must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; willingness to learn across pest-control disciplines; ability to work varied indoor/outdoor environments; strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; basic math proficiency; and readiness to work full-time, including weekends when needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
