Experienced or aspiring Pest Technician licensed for pest control, responsible for route-based service delivering residential and commercial pest control, applying company products safely, solving customer problems, and identifying opportunities for additional services. Role involves fieldwork indoors and outdoors, operating in local climate, following safety protocols, and leveraging company training to determine effective solutions while communicating with customers onsite. Training and advancement opportunities are provided, with emphasis on safety, customer service, and potential sales contributions.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
- Committed to safety and the use of all the proper PPE the job requires
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently and as part of a crew
