Pest Service Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct initial and callback pest control services for residential and commercial clients, performing inside and outside spray applications, trap installations, and Sentricon system setups. Execute Integrated Pest Management strategies including steam treatments for bed bugs, liquid termite applications, and moisture vapor barrier installations in crawl spaces. Utilize augers to drill holes for stations and operate company vehicles while maintaining service schedules and communicating progress to customers. Perform duties in attics, rooftops, and crawl spaces, taking photos to demonstrate affected areas. Complete service paperwork, maintain equipment, and participate in ongoing training programs. Work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, adhering to all safety protocols and driving laws.
Required Qualifications
- Complete a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Position requires successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training) and earning minimum of two CEU's annually.
- Must have a current and valid driver license and a 5 year driving history.
- Must be able to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift at least 50lbs or more.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondence.
- Ability to calculate basic math.
- Working in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be able to pass a three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier.
