Pest Service Professional Technician

Job Summary
Maintain service schedules for all customers on your assigned route, calling prior to service delivery. Conduct home and property inspections to identify pest problems, remove unwanted pests, and apply professional products using Integrated Pest Management strategies. Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after service to assess needs and report progress on infestation monitoring. Complete and submit service paperwork, maintain your vehicle and equipment, and participate in ongoing training programs. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work occasional Saturdays. You will also complete a 30-day initial training program and earn up to 10 days of paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training)
- Earning minimum of two CEU's annually
- Current and valid driver license
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 pounds or more
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to calculate basic math
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet insurance requirements
