Pest Service Professional Technician

Pest Service Professional will manage a designated service route, performing pest inspections and applying professional products to control insects, rodents, and other pests. Responsibilities include maintaining service schedules, communicating with customers before, during, and after service, inspecting and troubleshooting infestations to guide treatment plans (including Integrated Pest Management), operating company vehicles, ensuring data accuracy in PestPac and other systems, and completing related paperwork. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, physical ability to perform inspections and lift up to 50 pounds, and successful completion of a 30-day training with CEU requirements; valid driver license and ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle reports. On-site, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays; safety-sensitive role with adherence to driving laws and company policies.
