Pest Service Professional Technician

Pest Service Professional will manage a designated route, arrive to customer sites on schedule, and explain the scope of pest-control services to customers. Responsibilities include inspecting properties for pest problems, identifying pests (insects, rodents, etc.), applying professional products and tactics, and designing pest-control plans such as Integrated Pest Management. Role requires effective communication with customers before, during, and after service; maintaining service vehicles and equipment; adhering to driving laws and company policies; and using PestPac and other software for data integrity. Ongoing training, recording service-related paperwork, and contributing to collections efforts are also part of the duties. The position involves safety-sensitive work and physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering equipment, with a focus on maintaining pest-free environments for customers. The job operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, within a standard full-time capacity. Rocket Pest is an equal opportunity employer.
