Job Summary
Manage an established pest control route by selling services to new and current customers, scheduling appointments, and conducting home inspections. Perform pest control services while operating and maintaining a company truck, working independently to build lasting relationships with clients. This full-time, M-F daytime role offers an average commission-based income of $50,000 plus incentives and bonuses. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record, pass a background check and drug screening, and possess the physical ability to work in confined spaces and all weather conditions. Paid training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within the family-owned business.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Good driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
- Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Sales ability
