Job Summary
Manage an established pest control route by selling services to new and current customers, scheduling appointments, and conducting home inspections. Perform pest control services, including crawling in small confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces, while operating and maintaining a company truck. Maintain a valid driver's license, pass background and drug screenings, and wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols. Work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively while building lasting relationships with clients. This full-time M-F daytime role offers unlimited commission-based earning potential with an average income of $50,000 in commissions, incentives, and bonuses. Paid training is provided, and the company offers a vehicle, fuel card, and extensive benefits including health, dental, and 401k plans.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Good driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols
- Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Sales ability
