Job Summary
Join our local pest control and holiday lighting team as a Pest & Lighting Field Technician. Inspect and treat homes and businesses for pests (ants, roaches, mosquitoes, rodents, termites, wildlife) and assist with professional lighting installations (rooflines, gutters, exterior décor). Earn hourly pay ($18-$20) with commissions based on upselling treatments, work 30-40 hours per week, and grow through paid training and state licensing. Driving is required and candidates should be comfortable on roofs and ladders; license and clean driving record are needed. You’ll build relationships with customers, represent the brand professionally, and have opportunities to advance into lead, supervisor, or management roles as the team expands.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Background check required
- Pesticide applicator license a plus / training provided
- Outdoor work in Texas
- Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops
