Job Summary
Wildlife Control Technician duties include identifying, removing, preventing, or repairing damage caused by wildlife for residential and commercial customers. Perform exclusion, trapping, or removal work, including sealing, caulking, or installing sheet metal on rooftops, gutters, vents, and voids. Work often from rooftops or ladders and may involve basic carpentry. Responsibilities include inspecting properties to locate issues, explaining recommended solutions to customers, and collecting payments while proposing additional services. Must be able to operate independently and schedule own service visits. Requires state licensing/certification exams (as applicable), a valid driver's license, professional appearance in Arrow uniform, and willingness to work a minimum 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Able to pass internal technical exams
- Possess current Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
