Job Summary
Customer-facing Pest Control Technician to visit customers across your area for inspections and treatments on pest management services (rodent, insect, bird, wildlife) across commercial, residential, and government properties. You will operate mainly in the London/Greater London area (Edgware/Harrow) visiting customers, promoting additional work where opportunities arise, and following a structured training programme. The role offers a salary package up to £29,500 based on qualifications/experience plus London Weighting of £5,000, with potential to increase take-home pay by up to £6,000 through leads, commissions, bonuses and incentives. Benefits include a company vehicle, pension, healthcare cash plan, life assurance, holiday entitlement increases, and wellness programmes. Experience within the field is preferred but training is provided for inexperienced candidates; strong initiative and work ethic are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Live within a 40 mile radius of the area advertised
- The ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
- Be methodical and systematic in your approach to work
- Be comfortable using mobile phone apps
- Have excellent attention to detail
