Job Summary
Pest Control Technician responsible for performing residential pest management by inspecting properties, identifying infestations, applying approved pest control products, and advising clients on prevention. Responsibilities include thorough property inspections, applying pesticides, baits, and traps per safety standards, educating customers on prevention, scheduling appointments, assisting with sales to current customers, maintaining equipment, and complying with local/state/federal regulations. Must be able to work in various environments, wear PPE, and communicate effectively with clients. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and relevant licenses/certifications as required. Base pay is hourly with potential variability based on location and performance; comprehensive benefits offered for full-time staff.
