Pest Control Technician

Job Summary
Perform residential pest management services, including conducting thorough inspections, identifying pests, applying treatments (chemicals, baits, traps), and providing prevention guidance. Educate customers on pest prevention, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and maintain pest control equipment. Adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations; operate a company vehicle; work in confined spaces and various environments with PPE, while communicating effectively with clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work inside and outside in various conditions
- Ability to use PPE and safety equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and product labels
- Safety-conscious mindset and ability to adhere to safety standards
- Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control
