Job Summary
Pest Control Technician responsible for performing residential pest management services, including thorough property inspections, identifying pest infestations, applying approved treatments (chemicals, baits, traps) in a safe manner, and educating customers on prevention. Role includes scheduling/confirming appointments, assisting with sales to current customers, maintaining pest control equipment, and adhering to local, state, and federal safety regulations. Must be able to drive a company vehicle, work in varied environments (indoors/outdoors), and wear PPE. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication and basic math and reading skills are preferred, with a focus on safety and customer service.
