Job Summary
Conduct daily residential pest control routes treating 12 to 14 homes, performing thorough inspections to identify entry points, infestations, and appropriate treatment plans. Communicate findings and preventative measures to customers while closing sales and maintaining long-term relationships. Occasionally visit the Lynnwood warehouse for meetings, training, and restocking. Requires a valid Washington pest control license, active sales and home inspection experience, and physical ability to navigate crawl spaces and attics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months sales experience
- Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening
- Age 18 or over
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean-shaven appearance
- Comfort with going into crawl spaces
- Comfort with going into attics
