Job Summary
Residential Pest Control Technician role focusing on treating homes, conducting inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. Daily routes to treat customers' homes with pest control treatments and inspections, building customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months sales experience required
- Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer-focused and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- You must be 18 or over
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes
- You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
