Job Summary
Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures by recommending estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance. Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time while serving as the subject matter expert to implement the most efficient pest solution for individual needs. Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application gear, and paperwork. Use all safety equipment as instructed and devote full attention to duties directed by your supervisor. Work Monday through Friday with Saturdays possibly required, utilizing a company vehicle for daily travel from home to the Vancouver, WA office location.
Required Qualifications
- active pest control license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Saturdays may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Pest Control experience preferred but not required
