Job Summary
Conduct daily residential pest control routes treating 12 to 14 homes, performing thorough inspections to identify entry points and infestations. Develop treatment plans and communicate findings with customers, offering strategic recommendations and preventative measures while building long-term relationships. Occasionally travel to the Northglenn warehouse for meetings, training, and supply restocking. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working in crawl spaces and attics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months sales experience
- Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated mindset
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening
- Age 18 or over
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean-shaven appearance
- Comfort with going into crawl spaces
- Comfort with going into attics
