Job Summary
Manage established service routes and perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties while troubleshooting pest issues and educating customers on prevention methods. Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling to meet company service and sales goals. Train alongside a licensed technician if not yet licensed, then obtain an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative license through the CA State Pest Control Board within 90 days. Work Monday through Friday with weekend availability in the field, driving a company-provided vehicle with gas, phone, and laundry allowances included.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with a good DMV record
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative license through the CA State Pest Control Board
- Ability to pass a live scan, state exam, and obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed
- Must be willing and able to complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the company's auto insurance policy, in accordance with applicable laws
- Must be willing and able to work weekend availability
