Job Summary
PestCo is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician to provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for commercial or residential structures. Responsibilities include recommending and providing estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance, completing all scheduled appointments on time, serving as the subject-matter expert on pest solutions tailored to each customer, using safety equipment, maintaining professional appearance and equipment (including vehicle, PPE, paperwork, and literature), and dedicating focus during work hours as directed by supervision. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform kneeling/bending, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and passing a background check and drug screen. Pest Control experience or license is preferred but not required.
