Job Summary
Conduct pest remediation and prevention solutions for commercial and residential structures by recommending estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance. Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time while serving as the subject matter expert to implement the most efficient pest solution for each customer's individual needs. Use safety equipment as instructed and maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, and application gear. Devote full attention to duties as directed by the supervisor, ensuring accurate record keeping and adherence to local rules and regulations. Maintain a valid driver's license with three years of experience and a good driving record to operate the company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Valid Driver's license with 3yrs driving experience and a good driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Monday-Friday (Saturdays Required)
Desired Qualifications
- Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
