Job Summary
Conduct pest control inspections and services for commercial customers on defined routes, applying pesticides according to safety procedures and label instructions. Provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance while serving as the subject matter expert to implement the most efficient pest solutions. Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time, maintain professional appearance and equipment, and respond to inquiries via email, text, or phone. Assist with generating new sales leads by visiting potential customers and signing them up for service. Perform duties under an 8-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule with early morning starts, utilizing a company vehicle and receiving training on the job.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum 2 yrs' commercial pest control experience
- Have a minimum of 2 yrs' commercial pest control experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Don't mind very early hours (start early, finish early)
- Have a consistent work history & track record of dependability
- Thrive on building relationships and providing excellent service
- Basic computer literacy required (smart phone, email, basic Excel)
- Must complete a short PestCo Assessment in order to be considered for this open position
